Class Descriptions

  • Delta Slow Flow

Enjoy the feel of flow state while connecting the breath with classic yoga movements. Build strength and endurance while holding each pose for multiple rounds of breath. All levels are welcome, and this class is especially good for beginners since it moves at a slower pace. Experienced yogis will deepen their practice while focusing on alignment and more challenging versions of their favorite poses.

  • Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa yoga classes aim to help students link breath to movement, and include sun salutations and creative flow sequencing.

All levels are welcome. but it is not a beginner class. The class format is similar to Slow Flow (better for beginners) because there will be a calming warm up, cool down, and savasana. The difference is that in the middle of class, the flow sequence may involve creative transitions and work up to a tempo of linking one breath with each movement. Modifications and challenges will be provided throughout.

  • Delta Yin Yoga

Calm your mind and stretch your muscles during each long-held pose. Yin yoga targets deep connective tissues, like fascia, ligaments, and joints. Increase flexibility, boost circulation, and reduce stress levels. Find support and relaxation with props like straps, bolsters, blocks and blankets while you enjoy an ambient playlist in a low-lit classroom.

  • Delta Flow and Yin

    Beginner Friendly

Enjoy a long warm up, slow vinyasa flow, balancing postures, and 20 minutes of Yin before savasana.

All levels welcome. This class hits on "a little bit of everything" as you will build heat, flow, and relax into restorative poses for an extra long cool down.

  • Delta Yoga Barre

Experience a perfect combination of light dumbbells, resistance bands, and balls to enhance classic yoga postures. Improve muscular endurance while challenging your body and mind. Expect a lot of pulses, holds, and full body toning while sweating away stress to an upbeat playlist.

During the barre portion, we perform micromovements with pulses and holds that mimic ballet. We also utilize mini exercise balls which help to tone and tighten the arms and legs.

  • Delta Strength

Boost your spirit with a combination of HIIT, Resistance Training, and Stretching. High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) sections are short periods of intense exercise with recovery periods, and the effects will reduce body fat, and improve cardiovascular, heart, and lung health. Strengthen muscles and increase your bone density with the use of dumbbells, resistance bands, and medicine balls. Lengthen muscles and release fascia during the stretch portion of class.

Strength Level 1 is offered on Thursdays at 10AM for those looking to ease into strength and cardio training, or for those who need a slightly slower pace.

  • Delta Mat Pilates

Pilates conditions the physical body while engaging the mind through a system of controlled exercises. This mat class will assist with improving posture, balance, strength, and flexibility. Modifications can be given for all exercises, making this class suitable for all levels - including those brand new to Pilates!

  • Delta Yoga Level 2

Ready to level up? In this class, experience a variation in asana sequences with thoughtful transitions, where no two classes are alike. Learn a unique flow each time, working up to a vigorous speed, connecting one breath with each movement, and reaching the beloved “flow state” of heightened focus and connection of body and mind. Generate heat and improve cardiovascular health. You might even get to play around with arm balances or inversions! You do not have to be super flexible or athletic to try this class. Just come with an open mind and prior experience with flow style yoga classes!
