My First Class

Delta Yoga Studio Guidelines:


Sign up for classes ahead of time using the Delta Yoga app or client web account at least 30 minutes before class begins, and if your plans change, be sure to cancel your reservation at least an hour before class.

We appreciate it, especially during inclement weather.


Upon Arrival:

  • Check in with the instructor and let her know if you have any physical limitations.

  • Leave your belongings (including your phone) in the reception area.

  • Bring your own yoga mat and water. The studio has a small supply of loaner mats in case you don’t have one yet.

Yoga Class Tips:

  • Avoid eating within the hour before class.

  • Wear comfortable, form fitting workout clothes. Avoid loose-fitting t-shirts and shorts, as they tend to slip up and down too much when bending over.

  • Avoid socks, as bare feet help you settle into poses correctly.

  • Avoid heavy perfumes.

  • If you have to leave class early, please leave before savasana (final resting pose) so as not to disturb your classmates.
