The Delta Yoga Beginner Series is the perfect way for new clients to learn correct form in a set of classes tailored for beginners, or those wanting to deepen their understanding. Each week, a different teacher will lead a class in their area of expertise, giving participants a chance to sample all of the classes Delta Yoga offers on a weekly basis.

Sun, 1/21, 10-11 AM Week Three: Beginner Mat Pilates with Joyce
This is a special event ticket that includes all three dates. We strongly suggest attending all three classes, and clients will not receive a refund for classes missed.
